Does it work with other 3DS models? What about 2DS?
No.

Does it work with the Japanese (LL) model?
Yes.

Will you give me a shipping label? How does this work?
Return shipping is included in the cost when you order. You are still responsible for sending your console out, I don't provide a shipping label for that. Any delivery service is ok to use (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)

Is it ok to use with homebrew / hacked firmware?
Yes.

Will my games / data be lost?
No.

Can I use a USB to HDMI adapter?
No. It only has USB output to a PC. If you want HDMI, you can use the HDMI output from your PC, or if you want something more portable, you can try using a Raspberry Pi with cc3dsfs (read below).

Is there Mac / Linux support?
Not officially, you're on your own. There has been some work by 3rd parties.

Is there a warranty? What if it breaks?
I don't charge for repairs. If there is anything wrong with the capture board, you can always send it back to get it fixed / replaced.

If video output is flickering / unstable:

• Don't use a USB hub if possible. Connect the capture card directly to your computer.
• Some USB devices might interfere, try unplugging them one at a time to see if that helps (xbox wireless adapter is known to cause problems, for example).
• Try a different USB port. Run UsbTreeView. If you see multiple USB hubs, move things around so the capture card is not sharing the same hub with other high bandwidth / low latency devices.
